Collectibles!

Alongside other details I added these shiny golden items that you'll be collecting in the run. After you collect them they'll appear on the initial island that you see before starting.

Everytime you collect one of those you gain 20 points. There are only so much to collect since this will be a small game but I think it's cool to have these showing up where you're before the run.
